The Acer XP Graphite-Titanium Driver represents a revolution in driver technology. Graphite replaces the traditional titanium crown, while the body and face remains titanium. | "I bought the club "used" from Pinemeadow, and had it re-shafted with a stiff Grafalloy Blue Tour. After 2-3 months use, the club cracked at the union of the graphite and metal materials below the hosel. I was out of my warranty period, so I guess I am just out of luck. Too bad, because I actually liked the club. The sound and the feel take some time to get used to though. In my opinion, the club wasn't significantly longer than the Acer Ti that I also bought from Pinemeadow, but my shot dispersion seemed tighter." Virgil |
| "I didn't like the feel nor the sound of this driver. Just didn't feel right in my hands and IMHO did not hit well at all. Not forgiving like I was expecting. I had a horrible and I mean horrible slice with this driver. I went to a local shop and tested the Acer XP Ti 12 and hit it much much better. I am returning mine and getting the PMG Excel Ti 12 degree driver. The one I should have gotten in the first place. " Mike |

| "At first I was frustrated with this club, I had bought a complete set from here and fell in love with all my clubs right away. Except this one. I've never owned an oversize driver, after some coaching and adjustment, I'm slowly growing fond of this club. The tempatation has been to leave in the bag on the Tbox and go with my 3 wood, but upon forcing myself to use it, It gets better every time, I would say this has more to do with me and the type of club, than this club, I don't do much better (or worse) with my partners Big Bertha."
